What happens next

Noel contacts you personally by WhatsApp with a firm offer. If you accept, free nationwide collection is arranged. Your car is inspected against the description you provided, and provided there are no undisclosed condition issues, the original offer is honoured in full.

Any outstanding finance is settled directly up to the value of our offer. If there is no finance, payment is made in full to your chosen bank account before the car leaves you. If your settlement figure is higher than the offer, we can still work with you, but the shortfall must be contributed by you.

We can advise on removing a cherished registration and will handle transferring the car into trade, so you have no further liability once it has been paid for.

You are then free to move on, having sold to the right buyer for your car rather than accepting the lowest part-exchange figure simply because it was the easiest option.
